Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdsContentCreator website, web application and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AdsContentCreator lets you build landing pages, capture and manage leads, and plan, publish and measure content and advertising across connected platforms. Features may change or evolve over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, acting for a business.

3. Connected platforms

The Service lets you connect third-party accounts (for example Meta, Google and TikTok). When you do, you authorise us to act on those accounts at your direction to provide the features you use. You must own or be authorised to administer any account you connect, and you remain responsible for complying with each platform’s own terms, advertising policies and applicable law. We are not responsible for the acts, policies, or availability of third-party platforms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

break the law or any platform policy, or infringe others’ rights;
publish deceptive, misleading, or prohibited advertising (including claims that breach Singapore advertising, financial, healthcare or property-marketing rules);
send unsolicited marketing in breach of the PDPA or send messages without a valid basis;
upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or access it without authorisation;
misuse another business’s data or connect accounts you do not control.

5. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create and the data you bring. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content to operate the Service. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including our software, design and trademarks.

6. Billing

Paid plans and credits are billed through our payment provider on the terms shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on reasonable notice.

7. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to help generate copy, images and suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-assisted output before you publish or run it, including its accuracy and compliance.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and do not guarantee any particular advertising result, reach, or revenue.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AdsContentCreator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive by their nature.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
