Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 July 2026 · Effective: 8 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AdsContentCreator (“AdsContentCreator”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal data when you use our website, web application and related services (the “Service”). We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and, where applicable, the data-protection requirements of the third-party platforms we integrate with.
1. Who we are
AdsContentCreator is a marketing platform for small and medium businesses that lets you build landing pages, capture and manage leads, and plan, publish and measure content and advertising across connected platforms (including Meta, Google and TikTok). Our data-protection contact is privacy@adscontentcreator.com.
2. The data we collect
a. Data you give us
- Account and contact details: name, email address, phone number, business name.
- Content you create: landing pages, posts, campaign settings, images and copy.
- Billing details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
- Support communications you send us.
b. Data from platforms you connect
When you choose to connect a third-party account (for example a Meta Facebook Page, Instagram Professional account, or ad account), you authorise us to access — at your direction and only to provide the features you use — data such as: the list of Pages/accounts you manage, profile and page identifiers, the content you ask us to publish, and performance metrics (impressions, engagement, spend, results). We access these through the platforms’ official APIs and only for the assets you own or administer.
c. Data collected automatically
- Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type, and actions within the Service.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to understand usage. Visitor analytics/advertising pixels on landing pages you publish are configured by you and governed by the consent settings you enable.
3. How we use data
- To provide, operate and secure the Service and the features you request.
- To publish content and manage campaigns on the connected accounts you authorise, at your action.
- To show you performance reporting and analytics.
- To process billing and manage your subscription.
- To provide support, send service notices, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We rely on your consent and on the performance of our contract with you as our bases for processing under the PDPA. You may withdraw consent as described below.
4. Platform data — Meta, Google, TikTok
Data obtained through a connected platform is used solely to provide the features you have enabled for the account you connected. Specifically, we do not:
- sell platform data, or transfer it to data brokers or for advertising networks;
- use it to build user profiles unrelated to your use of the Service; or
- access assets other than those you own or administer and have authorised.
Your use of connected platforms also remains subject to those platforms’ own terms and policies. You can disconnect a platform at any time in your account settings, which revokes our ongoing access.
5. How we share data
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — for example our hosting and database provider, transactional email provider, AI processing providers, and payment provider — solely to run the Service.
- Connected platforms, when you direct us to publish content or manage campaigns.
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Our primary data storage is hosted in Singapore. Some service providers may process data outside Singapore; where they do, we take steps required by the PDPA to ensure a comparable standard of protection.
7. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to our processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@adscontentcreator.com. To delete your data or disconnect a platform, see our Data Deletion page.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and storage of credentials and secrets on secured, server-side systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
10. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
